Customer service is appalling. Received the box on the 19th September, couldn’t find an expiry date for the bread. Emailed them on the day. Response on the 29th September? Can we see a picture. Sure. I send over a picture immediately on the 29th September. 3rd of October they tell me to check the back (which I already did on the day I got the box). Told them on the 3rd October that it’s not there. No response. Email them again on the 8th October saying I checked the front & the back, nothing. Understandably I’m not eating something I can’t see the expiry date of, especially if it’s bread related items. They email back on the 22nd October, 2 weeks later and a month after initial contact. Can I send a picture of the back? They can review it. Well the bread has been looking off already so it’s been dumped. All of it could’ve been solved if their customer service rep actually paid attention that their business deals with food and some foodstuffs do also expire. It feels like the company doesn’t care about responding to you. Customers shouldn’t have to wait over a month to still not get a solution.
