The box itself was perfectly fine. Some items I liked, some I didn't. Tried a couple of things I wouldn't have, actually the box was good but jot good enough. I decided to cancel. But then one of my close family members died and with everything I forgot to cancel the box. I was reminded when a payment failed this morning, so I go onto the website to cancel. Eventually found the option to cancel but due to failed payment my account is on hold and cant be cancelled. Annoying but understandable, so I looked for how to contact customer services, found a form with drop down menus to specify what issue you were contacting about. Wrote out an explanation of my family member dying and hence forgetting to cancel send. Turns out if you select cancel in the drop down menu you just get an automated message sent back with all the options for delaying boxes and so forth. It specifically says that what you wrote wont be passed on to the customer service team. So I had find the customer service form again, I had to write it all off again and choose a random issue subject and now hope they have the ability to send it to the correct team. It seems like such an obnoxious way of doing things by having a cancellation request just send you an automated email back. Its really really annoyed me, hence the low review. It should be as easy to cancel as it is to join. But all in all the box was decent 6/10 id say.
