I ordered the Degusta Advent Calendar on 23rd November with a delivery date of 7-10 December, I'm still waiting for it to arrive. Emailed them twice and all I received was an automated response, the Customer Service Team will review my request. This is a deplorable way to run a business, with a total lack of customer service, communication and their failure to deliver a product I've paid for. Never again!
