After they wrongly charged me, I contacted them and they issued a partial refund — and confirmed that my account was now cancelled and no further charges would be taken.Despite this, they charged me again weeks later, after confirming cancellation.Now they’ve changed their story and claim my account was never cancelled, despite email proof to the contrary. This is either deliberate or grossly negligent.Repeated unauthorised billing, contradictory customer service, and no ownership of the problem. I’ve now had to escalate via my bank, Resolver UK, and Trading Standards.Avoid — this company does not handle cancellations or customer trust properly.
