Have used Degusta for a few years now & they were excellent at first but since the beginning of 2025 they have gone downhill. Every month I have missing items from my monthly box and even when they send a replacement, the replacement box has missing items too. Their response is to give 5 points towards a free box which is insulting.I don’t know if there is a new person in charge but they really need to sort themselves out because they are not providing the service that I am paying for.
