I'm very disappointed with this subscription. I've been a customer for a while but the value of the boxes has really decreased, the alleged bonus I get from being a + member is null, and there is no customer services. They pride themselves on getting monthly feedback, which gives points to redeem free boxes. For the past few months, this has been unavailable to me (today is the 18th, the survey has already closed) - when I've been able to submit it, it wasn't read or actioned upon. I've contacted Customer Services 12 days ago for a separate enquiry (not a complaint, just a question), no response (+ members are supposedly a priority). Never got the alleged extra points for my birthday. No reminder before the automated renewal - I admit this is shared responsibility but this a standard practice.cutesy in my opinion. I've been disappointed in their box before, cancelled an renewed after a few years, I'll stick to the advent calendar once my current subscription is over, won't make the same mistake again.
