Avoid at all costs!All is fine when they are taking your money, but as soon as something goes wrong, they just bury their heads in the sand and feed you lie after lie or just plain ignore you.I was a Premium Member which was meant to come with 'Priority Customer Service'. My box failed to be delivered in August 2025, and I was told on 2 occasions that it would be back out for delivery in 4-6 working days and I should look out for notification from their courier.This never happened.When I escalated the complaint - emailing on 4 separate occasions to give them a chance to resolve the issue, they just ignored my emails - I only got an automated response.Their lack of customer care is mind boggling - they are fraudsters and should be avoided at all costs.
