Charged twice for advent calendar which never arrived. Customer services phone line permanently closed, although they claim it to be open. Only way to contact them is through their online portal. If lucky might get a response within a week and then they ignore your messages. Doesn't look like I will be refunded anytime soon so Degustabox box have essentially stolen my money and won't even get back to me about a refund. Happened to many other customers also. AVOIDUPDATE: after almost 3 months Degustabox have decided to get in touch with me. Sadly they are not able to locate my order even though I paid twice for the calendar and can show this through bank statements. It does not make sense to me why a company such as this is not able to locate an order by anything other than an email address? Once again, there is no way to get in touch with them apart from their unresponsive customer service portal. There is clearly no one manning their phone lines.
