Horrible service, ordered a jacket from this clothing store that was shipped more than a week after it was purchased.I received no update or shipping information, then they used a logistics partner "GoBolt" that delivered and dropped off the package to the front of my building at 10PM (left outside on a New York City street) not in my lobby or at my apt door. Needless to say the package was stolen.When I reached out to their customer service it was clear that neither companies wanted to take accountability for their errors.I paid for a product that was never received, horrible experience; making sure to never purchase from this site again.
