I wanted to buy something with a gift card but I would have had to pay shipping costs because the amount was too small. For the moment they have a promotion of free shipping. When I tried to order, I wasn’t able to pay with the gift card. I asked customer service for help, their answer was: you cannot combine 2 promotions.I don’t want to combine promotions, I want to be able to pay with a gift card (and thus already payed!). I’m not ordering here anymore, I’ll find another solution for the gift card and future orders.
