DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BRAND. This is a warning to prevent others from losing their money like I did.I placed an order back in December. After weeks of silence, I had to resort to messaging the owner’s personal account and his friends just to get a response. The owner, Adrian, constantly played the victim, claiming he was 'on his own' while simultaneously running paid ads on Instagram to lure in new customers.Here is the timeline of the scam:1. The Lie: On Jan 21st and Jan 27th, I received emails claiming 'ALL ORDERS SHIPPED'.2. The Fake Tracking: I was given a tracking number. It has been stuck on 'Label Created' (Pre-registered) since Jan 19th. Today is Feb 4th. This means he generated the label to shut me up but never actually handed the package to the carrier.3. The Blocking: When I confronted him about the fake shipping status, he accused me of being a 'bad person', refused to resolve the issue, and finally blocked me on all social media channels.4. The Disappearance: The support email now bounces back with a 'Address not found' error. He has effectively cut off all communication while keeping my money.This is not a 'delayed' business; this is theft. He takes your money, generates fake shipping labels, runs ads claiming 'stock available', and blocks anyone who asks for their product. Report this to your bank immediately.
