I placed an order on December 19 and received an official order confirmation for ORDER #2300. Since then, the experience has been extremely frustrating.Customer service does not respond to emails. I have contacted them multiple times and either received no reply at all or no meaningful response. Even after requesting to cancel my order, I am still waiting for any confirmation.There has been no clear communication, no accountability, and no proper customer support. This level of service is unacceptable and has completely undermined my trust in this company. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering here.
