I'm very happy with my interactions with DelanClip. I bought my first IR head tracking piece a few years back. It did develop a fault within a year, so I contacted the support email address, shipped the item back for free (I paid delivery and they re-imbursed, based off the receipt), and they sent me a repaired unit for free.My unit did unfortunately fail 4 years later, and was outside of warranty by a few years, but I did contact support again, and they gave me a discount, showing they appreciate their customers. If you want head tracking gear cheaper than Track IR at a high quality, you can't beat these folks and their products 🙂
