Shipped quickly which is always a bonus. I have only used the shampoo, conditioner and hair oil once so far. Used the hair oil and left on overnight (you don't need to leave on for that long, I just fancied leaving on as long as possible) washed out the following morning using the shampoo, lovely consistency and smelt lovely, almost spa like, it didn't knot my hair on washing like many other shampoos tend to. Conditioner felt lovely too, my fingers just glided through my hair. Hair felt less frizzy, lots of shine and very soft. I definitely found the products impressive. Too early to comment on growth, but my hair most definitely felt healthier in just one use, looking forward to continuing with these products.
