I placed an order on November 21st, but it has not arrived. I requested a refund or replacement, but my requests were denied. Although they eventually offered a replacement, it was too late for Christmas, and I was told to either accept that or wait indefinitely while they investigated the missing item. I keep receiving different responses, and it feels like I’m being ignored. It’s been six weeks since I placed my order, and I still have not received a refund or replacement.
