Be very careful! Used the site to find a driver to collect my new Camper van as I was in hospital. Paul Atkinson was found. On the face of it so far so good. Paid DQC their commission. Camper was collected and delivered all good so far. Paid Paul Atkinson his fee and my online banking app froze during the transaction. Checked my bank nothing paid so made payment. 24 hours later I realised 2 payments had been made. Tried to contact Paul to no avail. Contacted DQC who made contact. Paul said he had made the repayment. He had not. DQC ultimately said not their problem. They refused to repay the commission as they had fulfilled their contract. Here we are now weeks later and I have to issue Court proceedings to get my money back. All in all a hellish experience.
