Motherboard failed within a year, and rendered the laptop useless (a £2400 machine!). Despite having Pro Support, getting an engineer around for a repair seems impossible. Parts have been delayed twice, and the engineer has been a no-show three (!) times now without any notice. Have taken three days off work for absolutely nothing so far, and still no promise of a solution more than 2 weeks after the failure. Completely unacceptable product quality and support from Dell. Never again.Update: I once again received a text with a time slot for an engineer, and once again it was a no-show (four times now!). Dell subsequently says the text is no guarantee and I should await a call.... Absolutely unacceptable behaviour! Still stuck with a broken machine... Dell costumer "care" is the most dishonest, disappointing, and misleading I have ever come across.Avoid Dell at all costs!
