3.5 stars service…I primarily was shopping for a cheapest/affordable quote for coast to coast auto shipping. I was aware that this could mean extra work on my part to do due diligence. Max helped to find a very affordable carrier and gave broker fee discount as well. Pickup and drop off were on time as scheduled. Even though I found what I was looking for, entire process was stressful. Despite being a small business they tried to do their best, though there were processes which seemed red flags at times such as submitting order form on a custom link (not part of their website), lack of payment processing on their website, request to pay to personal paypal account etc. - all of these kept me skeptical throughout. However, Max tried his best to win my confidence. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a service at affordable rates but don’t expect a seamless experience which you would get at a major corporation but charges more.
