If I could enter a zero stars I would. These people market themselves as a direct lender. They are not, they are just a broker. Sloppily and indiscriminately sharing personal financial information with actual lenders. I applied for a loan with Delta Capital, and ever since I have been relentlessly bombarded with predatory offers from HUNDREDS of lenders, all of whom said my information was provided to them by a broker. Delta Capital violated my privacy rights. Dealing with them has been a miserably invasive ordeal.
