I ordered a specific pair of shoes a few weeks ago. It took two weeks to process and another week to ship. I wouldn't mind the wait if I had received the correct product. Instead, I got a counterfeit pair with obvious differences from the authentic version. The customer service is terrible, and I wish I could share pictures to show my disappointment.
