The shoes seemed authentic but fit too tight so I wanted to return for the next size. Their policy is that the customer pays for return shipping to some address in China. The shoes cost $165 but the shipping by Fedex would be well over $200. In effect, there are no returns! Their lying website claims "Easy Return". Don't deal with this sleazy company!!! Update May 6: they offered me $100 to delete this review.In response to their reply, they insist on tracking, which makes the cost prohibitive. Call a few carriers and see for yourself. What's worse, I found one customer reviewer who paid for the shipping but the package was rejected by the address. I also found many reviews from customers who received fake products of various quality. So, read their terms and reject them. Don't let your quest for a hot but unavailable shoe lead you down this hole.
