First of all Deltitech sent me sneakers which I couldn't find anywhere. Everything was excellent, the box was in perfect condition, the dust bag and all the documents were attached. The service was very pleased that I specified the wrong size, not noticing that the size grid was for men, I wrote to technical support and they kindly agreed to change the order to my size.
