Despite receiving a defective strap that was noticeably tearing at the seams, customer support repeatedly denied a return by misclassifying the functional damage as a "cosmetic imperfection". I was only offered a 10% discount and a scripted refusal until I explicitly threatened a CC dispute to get a prepaid return label and a full refund. This was an incredibly frustrating experience that required far too much effort to resolve a clear quality issue.
