Unfortunately I can't say anything about the treatment - because I haven't succeeded in getting an appointment yet even though I have tried on all contact platforms for more than 6 months now to get through to them!I bought some downtown vouchers in 2020 and got an appointment, that unfortunately was cancelled twice due to covid lock down. Fair enough, that is not their fault. BUT; in my downtown account I can see that they have claimed the money and marked my vouchers as used. That's not okay. Maybe the fact that they have already got their money, might be the reason why they don't respond now ;-) I have tried via the website, tried to call, tried to mail and even suggested them just to assign a time for me, and then I'll try to manage. I have a job where I'm rather occupied during the day and can't always pick up the phone, why I have suggested to mail me with a time suggestion and I'll respond latest same night. IF they have called me back, as they claim, they have for sure never left a message on my voicemail. EXTRA / Added after the response from the Company here at Trustpilot:Thank you for finally responding on something that I write to you. It might be that you have called back multiple times, but you have never left a message on my voice response, so how can I know? In my job I don’t have much time during the day to pick up the phone. Also, I can see I never received any SMS. You must have used another number than mine if you have sent any.Finally, I don’t see any mails from you except 1. And the easy way to respond would have been to reply on my e-mails I wrote - then I would have received them directly. So even though you NOW (here in the Trustpilot response) have explained e.g. the reason why you claimed the voucher, it doesn’t change the experience that I have tried to get hold on you for 6 months. So telling me that you have documented the contacts to me, and my experience I have described is misleading, is a little to push it to the edge. It is true, that I got my money back, but that was thanks to Downtown - and by the way, they also got back to me and said they couldn’t get hold on you.Anyway; take it as an feed/back from me, that if you don’t have online booking, and the only option for making an appointment is to call you during daytime, then I’m not the right customer for you :-)EXTRA - comment to your update 2I am rather offended by your comment saying I am not telling the truth. E.g. only I know what Downtown wrote to me. So how can you claim that is not correct ?! And what interest should I have in writing all those emails to you, if you had responded to the first one??Enough is enough. Case slosed. You crossed the limit.
