I wanted this to be my wedding dress and they have left me heartbroken! I reached out to the company first by WhatsApp (as per the little chat icon) and confirmed my measurements and was told to go the custom route. I checked the production and dispatch time for this and they confirmed it was the same as standard pieces (5-7 business days). Before purchasing still, I asked them if I would have my product by end of November (purchased on 14 November) to which they agreed saying it was possible. Fast forward to the end of November and not only do I not have the dress, but I haven’t even gotten an email confirming it was dispatched. I had received one email at this point, which was just the order confirmation. I reached out to them again on WhatsApp and they advised it was under production and would shipped in the next 2 days. I waited 4 days and nothing, so contacted them again. They had the nerve to just send the exact same message ‘under production will be shipped in the next two days’ I write back advising them I was very dissatisfied and wanted to cancel the order and be refunded - to which they agreed. They gave no further information about how this would work, any costs associated etc I followed up 4 days later as I hadn’t received an email or text from them about it. They sent through a dodgey looking screenshot showing which claimed they refunded 50% of the order for duties. No duties had been incurred because I had cancelled my order before it had been produced and sent.. the screenshot also showed in the top right corner ‘just now’, making me believe they didn’t fill out the refund when they said they would and had instead just done it that moment. I asked how long would it take to recieve the refund and the response was incoherent and said check with PayPal. Well I have and they have not received any cancellation information, or refund. I am actually still being charged by PayPal (I used the pay in 4 option). I continued to go back and forth with them and they even tried claiming at one point the item was delivered, despite all my earlier messages, the cancellation approval and absolutely no email communication about the order. Their final response to date - ‘it’s been delivered and we have offered 50% reimbursement for duties’ Firstly no you haven’t ‘offered’ anything. You haven’t actioned it, but it wasn’t an offer, you said it was already done. Secondly, how can you claim it was delivered after all of our conversations and you confirming it would be cancelled. I have left comments on social media (instagram) asking about being contact etc and like other comments I see, they have been deleted. I got a DM from the business and the responses have been unhelpful just apologising for a delay and saying the team will contact me via WhatsApp. Now they even view my messages and don’t reply. Again, this was suppose to be my wedding dress! Don’t offer a service if you can’t provide it! I have made a claim through PayPal and will continue to message them on both WhatsApp and Instagram. But after weeks of disappointment and reading reviews similar, I don’t like my chances! Please do yourself the favour of reading these reviews before purchasing.
