This company sold me a broken product. I have an imac M4, and after hitting record, a "ch" sound comes randomly in recordings. After reporting it, they said there is nothing they can do about it. When I had a second problem their support stuff was rude to me. They also have a support pattern to get rid of you, they ask for your fetch log, you send it, and then there is silence. Having said that, I must say that they built the most user friendly tutorial software. There is no software anywhere close to democreator in terms of ease of use. However they are unable to give proper support. I give 1 star as I cant forget the rudeness of support stuff and them never returning to me although as they used to say "we escalated the issue to the engineers"
