Absolutely 5 stars. 5 star products and 5 star customer service. As a clumsy person who regularly broke plates, cups etc I decided when looking for new plates that as I was paying £1 a plate and buying new because even miss matched I didn't have enough for guests I may as well pay £2 each for the on sale set of 4 side plates, my friends more excited to see what plates I had than what food they were getting were informed if these lasted more than 3 weeks I would buy a whole dinner service that was in 2013 and I still have those plates and a dinner service and pasta bowls. My latest purchase is 4 rice bowls and a mug for my hot chocolate that I purchased 3 days before I heard that they had gone into liquidation I had quite a few emails saying they would fulfill the order but didn't know if I would receive the order and they arrived today and I am very pleased with them. I hope they continue as their products are super strong and not something you continually need to replace.
