I am writing this review to explain my experience clearly so others can make an informed decision.I travelled to Dent Adavista for dental treatment including composite bonding and dental implants. Since returning to the UK, I have experienced ongoing and serious concerns regarding both the bonding and implant work.Multiple UK dentists have now advised me that the dental implants were placed too close together, creating an area that is extremely difficult or impossible to clean properly, even with interdental brushes and a water flosser. I was not informed that implant spacing could compromise long-term hygiene, gum health, or bone stability.Over time, I have now been diagnosed by UK clinicians with approximately 30% bone loss around the implants, confirmed on X-ray. I have been advised that this level of bone loss is consistent with chronic inflammation associated with poor hygiene access caused by implant positioning. I am now being monitored closely due to concerns about the long-term prognosis of these implants.In addition, composite bonding was placed too close to, and in some areas under, the gum margin. This made effective cleaning impossible with normal brushing. Over approximately two years, I have since been diagnosed with grade 2 bone loss around the affected teeth and have required deep periodontal cleaning. I have also been advised that, once stabilised, I may need to consider periodontal treatment, including a gum graft, which is something I never expected to need prior to this treatment.I also previously had to return to the clinic after implant crowns failed and detached. On another occasion, implant crowns were left off for an extended period before being refitted, which I have since been advised can negatively affect bone and gum health. This resulted in further international travel, stress, and disruption.I have attempted to resolve these issues directly. The clinic’s response has been to insist that I travel back to Türkiye again for assessment, despite the financial cost, the requirement to travel alone or pay for a companion myself, and the significant emotional impact this situation has already caused. No meaningful resolution or accountability has been offered remotely, despite evidence and professional opinions from UK dentists.I am currently awaiting my full clinical records so that I can continue appropriate care in the UK.
