I have recently returned from Dent Adavista in Kusadasi, where I received a consultation and recommendation on the required treatment to achieve optimal aesthetic and functional dental results.Furthermore, due to my good fortune, I was able to commence my proposed treatment with tooth extractions, dental implants, and temporary tooth restoration.Following this, I am now converted, and my previous doubts, fears, and objections towards visiting a foreign dentist for dental treatment have been entirely abolished. ( Please consider this sentiment within the context of the following paragraphs and assign greater credibility to my recommendation to visit Dent Adavista.For the record and to serve transparency, I had written a review for this company before following a recommendation to contact them. However, my initial inquiry experience was negative due to the quality of the interaction.Me being me, I was compelled to voice my feelings, and to Dent Advista's credit, they responded with both an apology and, more importantly, an acceptance that my complaint had been justified and that changes were required to avoid future occurrences. ( As we know, this behaviour is becoming rarer here in the UK due to the proclivity of businesses using "Gas Lighting" and "Smoke and Mirrors" in an attempt to conceal their inability, whether intentionally or otherwise, to deliver a service that values the customer.The list of positives for this business is long and has been presented by other reviewers, and to repeat them would be redundant.However, it would be both remiss and unjust not to mention that the most memorable and distinguished characteristic of the business ethos adopted by the owner ( Dr Ozge) is maintaining individuality in her patient relationships, in that she treats all of her patients as if they were members of her own family. Although this sounds "Cliched," I can unequivocally say from my own experience that these are not merely words. She is driven by a genuine and passionate motivation to provide the best possible care and dental treatment for all of her clients, without exception.Darren.
