Although I had read some negative reviews beforehand and went there with a bit of anxiety, I can honestly say my experience was completely different. I understand that every patient has their own situation and possible complications, which can sometimes lead to less positive experiences — but personally, I did not experience anything negative at all.From the very first moment, I was warmly welcomed by a friendly and highly professional team who clearly have a lot of knowledge and expertise.What stood out to me most was their careful approach and attention to detail. The entire process went smoothly, and I felt comfortable at all times. The team took the time to explain everything clearly, which gave me confidence throughout the treatment.I would also like to mention the two photographers, who worked very professionally during and after the treatment. They made sure everything was captured in a respectful and pleasant way, which really added to the overall experience.The final result is absolutely beautiful — my new smile exceeded my expectations. I am incredibly happy and grateful for the hard work of the entire team.Although I don’t personally know all the names, I would like to thank everyone for their dedication and professionalism.
