If you value your health and wellbeing, avoid this dental clinic. I am currently suffering from numbness in my lower right jaw due to an implant placed too close to a nerve. Despite informing the clinic multiple times and providing a scan clearly showing the issue, they insisted nothing was wrong. I have since sought three Independent professional opinions, all confirming that the numbness has been caused by the implant, yet Hollywood Dental continue to deny any responsibility. My upper teeth, which they also worked on, are now causing me ongoing pain as well.I’ve been in pain for months, and now I face significant costs in the UK to have these problems corrected. I no longer trust them and will not risk returning only to be dismissed again.I repeatedly contacted the clinic requesting a refund, as I paid in full and will not be attending my second visit. They initially agreed to issue a refund, then revoked the offer without explanation. Since then, they have ignored all communication. I have also requested my dental passport several times and received no reply.In addition, I have written to all relevant authorities to formally outline my concerns and the lack of accountability shown by the clinic. I will not let this go, they can’t treat people like this! My experience has been extremely distressing, unprofessional, and costly. I strongly advise others to stay away.
