From the beginning I was warmly welcomed and placed in a really beautiful hotel, which made everything much more comfortable and stress free.When I arrived at the clinic everything felt very professional but also friendly. Before taking any photos Mr. Cagatay asked for my permission first, which I really appreciated. The whole team was professional and kind during the entire treatment.Ms. Yağmur was also amazing. She was always there when I had questions and gave me honest feedback and recommendations. Her English is very fluent which made communication easy and clear. I always felt understood and supported.They really listen to what you want and explain everything step by step. They also warn you about things and make sure you understand everything before moving forward. When I said at the end that I didn’t want to record a video for social media, Mr. Cagatay completely respected that, no pressure at all. He kept asking if everything was okay and if I was happy.I especially want to mention Ahmet Emre Gülerik, who did my teeth. You can tell he really cares about his work. He paid attention to every small detail and made sure everything looked natural and felt right. He answered all my questions and took his time. That really gave me confidence.Also a big thank you to all the kind assistants and staff, and of course the driver who made all transfers easy and smooth. Everyone played a part in making this a good experience.Overall it was a great experience and I’m really happy with my new smile. I can honestly recommend them.
