I had a complex restorative procedure dental negligence was evident. No help from a variety of online 'help/claims' all recommended Dental Law. Sent all details and photos. REFUSED. Upon asking why I got a standard letter with a list of 7 reasons. None of which applied. Asked Katie Booth to please be more specific. crickets. I was struggling as it was this destroyed the tiny bit of confidence I had left. I reached out for help. NO. It caused me to give up hope in help or justice. Trying to cope with the trauma from the negligence and dental law REFUSED to help. That was like a punch in the face. I was desperately reaching out for HELP. I'd just been IGNORED the entire 16 months of a complex, 3 x surgeries treatment plan Thanks to Katie at Dental Law for invalidating me, I doubt she ever looked into the details I sent. That was the final blow for me I gave up broken. I spiralled in to deep depression, stopped socialising life went black. Thanks, Dental Law, I have lost 2 years’ worth of claim and help time. I was in trauma denial and now today 28th Jan 2023 I am suffering severe PTSD due to the delayed after effects of what I went through and it’s ongoing. I know I have a serious claim of dental negligence, a very serious one, bordering on criminal, it is unique and it's crucial that it is looked into. It is so bad; nothing online anywhere remotely touches on the incredible lash up that has been committed on me. The technology today for the restorative smile planning is literally infallible. Hence not finding similar scenarios online. There are no associated risks with this, only in the surgical parts. That is why it’s hard for people to see. Until you get a professional LIAR who is the boss and dishonest as the day is long. He made an inexcusable unforgivable mistake there was NO way he was going to allow it to come to light He did the most unimaginable vile thing ever and breezed over his mistake allowing wrong things to go on with my TP thinking I was stupid and wouldn’t notice. I know this now and I am LIVID. WHY can I not get the help I need. The thing is, it was not a one day mistake he carried on with intent this is illegal. HELP. SOS, I thought Dental Law had the KNOWLEDGE but no. This is a complex distressing case. I have all my dental records and all the CBCT Scan on cd. I’ve done the leg work. I can PROVE the negligence, I’ve done the work I just NEED help. Smh. Will Dental Law help? They should and prove they can do the job. For now, doubt it. Dental Law you have HURT me. Thanks to your ex-employee Katie Booth. Who was she, she is USELESS Others in the same profession would be STAGGERED that it could even happen. Worse they would be disgusted at the ongoing level of illegal dishonesty this man insisted on maintaining through my TP. This man is a DISGRACE to the dentistry profession. He DELIBERATELY caused this awful thing to happen to me and I have to suffer everyday as it is in my face on show. I can’t bear my life anymore. I had a beautiful smile I went to preserve it. I scream inside every day. Now I've lost 2 years of my valid claim and have precious little time left. I know that the big mistake was deliberately hidden by the clinician who is director where they obliterated my smile it is disgusting what they have done to me. NO ONE would cope with the same., this is against codes of conduct, duty of care breached hand over fist, I was hideously abused and it is unbelievable how I was treated. The humiliation foisted on me to be in public with a demolished mouth and LIED to endlessly by a dental professional all so he could hide HIS errors and bulldoze me through the incorrect treatment plan OMG! I was violated psychologically and physically. I was frauded out of life savings £17,300 and left severely harmed and injured. I am still researching as more comes to light. I’m actively looking for injury layer help it is a minefield. It is hard as the PTSD and ongoing suffering makes this so hard and times running out. I will get justice and eventually I will expose the POS who did this to me.
