We recently visited the ‘Dentasay Global’ clinic in Istanbul. My mother got a full mouth of implants (12 medigma brand) and 27 zirconium crowns (ivoclar). This ended up costing her about €7000, which we think its very reasonable as it would have cost her about €25,000 in Ireland. Throughout the whole process everyone was so welcoming and friendly, even helping with stuff outside of their roles (like tourism and food suggestions). She had heard about this clinic through a friend and had got Merts’ number. From the start until the end of the process he was so helpful and kind, treating us as friends. Dr. Berk was in charge of Jolantas (my mothers) crowns and had some really great suggestions for improving the shape and colour of the crowns she was getting. He was also lovely and always in a good mood. She was supposed to get 28 crowns but ended up getting 27 as Dr. Berk thought it would fit her mouth better. It's so nice to see that they thought about how good of a result she would get rather than making the extra €100. Very honest and moral people. Even the women at reception were always welcoming us with a smile on their faces. As for hotels and transfers, everything is set up by Dentasay. You receive a text from Mert and a call to your hotel room from reception when the driver is ready to bring you to the clinic. The dentists and staff work long hard hours yet are still able to provide an amazing service. We have had a lovely experience with this clinic and its staff. The results came out better than expected and my mother has gained so much confidence back. She is glowing and is so happy to have made her dream come true with the help of Dentasay Global.
