At first I was really happy until I came back home and the problems started, the implants crowns fell off after only 2 months, the bottom crown cracked so food started getting in between the cracks, although I was told that the zirconium does not change colour even with consumption of coffee and cigarettes, my teeth got disgustingly discoloured, their excuse was it does happen to some people!!I had to come back to Istanbul after few months to get all of this fixed as they gave me 15 years warranty but unfortunately it was a terrible experience, no communication, not answering my phone calls, not replying to my texts, not sticking to appointments times to the point where I had my new crowns fitted at 1 o’clock in the morning the night before my flight! And now I’m still not happy at all with the new teeth and of course I had to pay, I’m not sure what does the word warranty means to them 😣I feel really bad as I have recommended them to so many of my friends.One of my friends is now in Istanbul trying to fix the terrible job they have done to him tooI definitely DON’T recommend Dentasay to anyone who wants a descent dental treatment!
