The staff was friendly and professional throughout my experience. However, it would have been helpful to receive information before starting the sessions, particularly regarding how tooth whitening is affected by the natural color of teeth. I learned too late that there was a significant chance of no noticeable whitening even after three sessions with the gel. Unfortunately, that was my outcome, and I feel let down. Had I known this in advance, I might have chosen differently.
