The service was friendly and professional throughout. However, it's important that customers receive crucial information before starting the sessions. Specifically, the fact that tooth whitening is influenced by the natural color of the teeth, and that there's a possibility of no noticeable results even after using the whitening gel and completing three 10-minute sessions. Unfortunately, this was my experience, and I feel quite disappointed. Had I been informed beforehand, I might have chosen differently.
