After some idiots damaged both the passenger and driver's side doors of my BMW M4 resulting in over $3,000 of repairs due to its special order Frozen Portimao Blue colour I'd had enough ! I began to research door protectors online and came across Dent Guard. The product looked well thought out and the fact that they were local also appealed to me. I quickly ordered the correct magnetised guards after some advice from Trent the Director via email. However when they arrived I found that they would not 'stick' to the M4 and hold in place. I rang Trent and spoke to him about the issue. He then did some research and found that BMW in certain models were using aluminium sheet in the door panels to save weight instead of steel. As a consequence the magnets would not work. This was not the fault of the product however and Trent quickly organised the replacement suction cap versions to be sent out whilst I posted the previous ones back.The new suction cap ones work perfectly and it only takes me 2-3 minutes to fix them both to the M4 and even less time to remove them - perfect for when you're out and about.Several other owners in our apartment block have noticed them and are going to order some for their prestige vehicles also.Thanks Trent - great to see not only good design but also super service is not dead here in Australia !AnthonyGold Coast
