My husband attended this clinic after being given a clear price in advance and receiving very friendly, responsive communication beforehand.On arrival, the agreed price changed significantly. The final amount was much higher than originally quoted. This was extremely distressing, especially after travelling and committing to treatment.Because the price had increased and we did not have enough cash to cover the unexpected difference, the clinic demanded an additional 20% to pay by card. This had not been made clear beforehand and added further pressure at an already stressful moment.There were long waiting times during the visit, the process felt rushed, and the overall atmosphere felt more focused on payment than on patient care.Since returning home, my husband has contacted the clinic regarding a couple of post-treatment concerns. Responses have been minimal to non-existent.The entire experience has caused him significant anxiety, sleepless nights, and ongoing upset. What began as a positive and professional impression quickly deteriorated once payment was involved.Based on our experience, we would not recommend this clinic.
