My Journey with Precious Dental started in February 2025, when I started to look for companies that could help with my smile. After discussions with friends and family, I contacted over thirteen different dental clinics, both in the UK and in Turkiye. I was given the name of Precious Dental from a friend of mine who had not long come back from a visit to Precious Dental. Ogi and I contacted each other via WhatsApp. I spoke with Ogi many, many times, and he answered my every question with speed and efficiency, providing me with information about the clinic, the process and what happens as part of a visit to Precious Dental without any pressure. Ogi was so very professional and supportive. He arranged the hotel and all transfers for my partner and I, the hotel was brilliant and all-inclusive. The transfers were spot on and on time.
The treatment I received was four implants. Ogi prescribed all the medication I needed to recover in the hotel. I made my first visit in September 2025, and spent the week (we paid for three extra days) in a great hotel near the coast. Meeting Ogi and the Precious Dental team was so much better than my UK dentist, nothing was too much trouble, collecting my partner and I from the Hotel, driving us to the clinic, introducing me to the dentists and then using state of the art equipment to scan, x-ray my teeth and then providing me with a consultation, never once did I feel pressured or any concerns whatsoever. Three dentists consulted on what treatment I would require to create a perfect smile. Although I thought I would need extensive treatment, the dentists advised that I wouldn't need as much as first thought and revised my treatment. The next step was the treatment, and again, this was carried out the next day, leaving me waiting for my temporary teeth. I was advised that I would need to come back in three months for the healing process to take place, but my temporary teeth were amazing! Forward to December 2025, my second visit to have my permanent teeth. Once again, exemplary service, same hotel, same dentists and same wonderful service from Ogi. I changed my mind on the shape of my permanents, and this decision was dealt with by the Precious team with care and support throughout. Throughout my two visits to Turkiye, we were treated so well and cannot recommend Precious Dental highly enough. If you're considering having dental work, contact Ogi, and you will not go far wrong. 10/10!
