Lucky for me, the job went to Nelson who was not only a courteous and polite gentleman, but also had a very sincere customer consideration in mind. The dent was not a good candidate for mobile workmanship, but that didnt deter Nelson who worked his magic; and, lo and behold, he managed to achieve the incredible (or should I say "the impossible") once he was done. He seemed expert in his job, as most of the technicians I have had experience with from dent wizard are, but Nelson is definitely way up there in the game.
