For myself they sent a young man named AshleyFlint who actually lives local who was actually booked for 3 different dates for 3 separate claims but offered to do all 3 on the same day as he had time at hand. So I jumped at the chance to get it all done in one go naturally and my god this kid was bang on the mark with the end results. Not even a sign of any of the damage I requested in my claims now and My car looks immaculate. I watched from my window how he took his time and professionally done his job by the book. Nothing but praise for his work and feel comfortable in any future claims I make through my policy. Excellent work
