Avoid this company at all costs. Some time ago they came to my house in their mobile van to 'repair' a minor chip on the driver's door. I was told that because it was on a crease they could not guarantee it would be 100% perfect and asked me to agree to a 'conditional repair' which I stupidly did. When they had finished the damaged area was 20 times bigger than the original chip, was a different colour, was a matt finish and was as rough as coarse sandpaper ... I literally, and I mean this without exaggeration, could have done better myself if I had used Tipex! I think I was not being unreasonable when I assumed that the 'conditional repair', whilst not being perfect, would be of a reasonable quality ... which as stated above it most certainly was not. When I contacted the company to ask them to review the repair they agreed to come out and look at it. However, the day before they were due to come they phoned and cancelled the appointment saying that because I had agreed to the 'conditional repair' they were not prepared to do anything about it. I repeat ... avoid them at all costs. If it was possible I would have given them ZERO STARS
