I ordered white wood grain wall paper through order id #U2526-10-1412124 on 7-10-25. Deodap sent me blue cloudy wall paper. Which is a completely different item. It seems completely their mistake. I made a complaint through ticket no.#2510140356 & requested Deodap for exchange or refund. When the time comes for a return refund they don't cooperate. They reply to me that, "we have determined that the product received aligns closely with your initial purchase. Regrettably, we are unable to process any refund in this instance"Deodap is denying their mistake. this is ridiculous. Deodap has spoiled my Diwali decoration. Images attached.
