I ordered an eyebrow pen and was sent a complexion perfector with brush. When I contacted them to let them know about the mistake, they requested pictures of what I received, which I sent. They said "their warehouse verified that the correct products were shipped" and they offered me a $2 rebate on a $40 purchase. When I told them their warehouse was wrong they just simply came back with "we're sorry you're not happy with the product" and offered me a $5 refund.
