so far this has been a terrible experience. I don't know how to download the photo I purchased and I paid for three photos not the one I bought. Will they try and charge me for each of the next photos I buy. When you call the company it goes to voicemail so you can't even talk to a real person and the chat is just a canned message not a real person. Not good. Not good.
