Unfortunately, I have been unable to download the remaining photo credits, and DepositPhotos have been unable to determine what is causing this error, or how I can obtain all of the photos I've paid for. Their photo selection is pretty good and their pricing is competitive. To their credit, their reps are trying to solve this issue, but so far, they've been unable to do so. Yes, I've cleared the cache. Yes, I've used Incognito and Safari. It doesn't make any difference.
