I admit I messed up here thinking I had cancelled when, apparently, I never completed the process. My bad and I was ready for y'all to squeeze me for it. I expected y'all to tell me either, "Nope. You signed up for a year, you pay for the year" or "Sure. Done. [crickets]."Kathy surprised me, and pleasantly so. She responded to my request to cancel with what I would absolutely affirm is fair and equitable. I messed up and I should have to pay a price - accountability, something lack in society today. But that price should be fair to both parties. Y'all def deserve something for the trouble of me not doing what was required but not so as to fork me over.She offered a solution that I cannot say is anything less than generous. Y'all get to keep some revenue appropriate to the service I receive and I get to keep a portion of what I should have properly cancelled.It is because of things like that simple, equitable treatment that companies garner a following. If I have any need for what you offer I wll ablsolutely return without a second thought - no other company with be considered. Moreover, I will ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND DepositPhotos to anyone and everyone I come across who's needs your services can fulfill.Thank you Kathy for your kindness and understanding.
