I realized too late that some of the images I purchased were AI-generated. This was not mentioned anywhere. While trying to cancel, they would not let me cancel by myself, I had to go through both a Live Chat agent and then an "Account Manager". I was told my subscription was canceled but I never received an e-mail confirmation and my account was terminated, I can't even sign-in to retrieve my original invoice.
