I made a mistake in my plan, purchased a yearly plan paid monthly when I only wanted one month. Customer service helped me and converted my yearly plan to one month.There is only one recommendation I could make which is the option to call seems to route to an automated message and we cannot speak with anyone, only live chat or in website messages are available.Because I usually like to call businesses to resolve problems, I felt that as wanting. Perhaps in the future, a better live person response system could be better equipped to handle calls.
